This is a visualized abstract from my undergraduate thesis in 2020. In my previous work experience related to
product development, as a participant, I learned the importance of systematic knowledge management tools for the
company through observation and stakeholder interviews, and then I studied this idea through literature research.
Remember that this attempt is about management and does require long-term validation tests in an industrial
environment.
KMcelerate intends to promote knowledge flow inside the company like blood circulation, improving new product
development performance by meeting the needs of the company and employees in both directions.
KMcelerate has a quantifiable mechanism of influence that motivates newcomers to learn, facilitates
sharing among experienced employees, and helps experienced management with talent screening based on employees'
skills and interests. Everyone has their own ways of contributing, and everyone's effort should be seen and
responded to.
On top of that, KMcelebrate enables iterative innovation of the flowing knowledge through SECI transformation which
helps the company to form its own tough and flexible moat that keeps pace with the times.
